Online Pain and Support Wellness Groups
Mental Health - Adult & Senior and Pain Management

Regional groups meet on the second Tuesday of the month from 11:00AM - 1:00PM and on the fourth Tuesday of the month from 6:00PM - 8:00PM. Demographic, affinity, and language-based groups meet on the third Tuesday of each month from 6:00PM - 8:00PM.
Starting September 17, 2024, Pain BC now offers the Pain Support & Wellness Groups program for Mandarin speaking people and Punjabi speaking people! These groups meet once a month on the third Tuesday of the month from 6:00PM - 8:00PM.
