Pain BC’s Pain Support Line offers free information and resource assistance to healthcare providers looking for information on how to support a patient or client with pain.
Social Workers and trained staff can provide you with information and resources about (but not limited to): local pain clinics, home care, transportation resources, income supports, food security, finding legal/advocacy supports, mental health supports, finding local allied health services (physiotherapy, chiropractor, massage therapy, etc.), support groups, etc.  Connect one-on-one with a trained staff member by email, text or phone.

Provides advice exclusively; does not offer other services.

Advice response time: within 48 hours.

For patient privacy reasons, we don't accept referrals that include patient identifying information.
